Villa Beatrice houses three apartments, open all year round, which offer beautiful views of the lake. The rooms are bathed in light and tastefully furnished, and come with every comfort you may need to make your stay a pleasant one.
Glicine

A warm loft space on the ground floor. It spreads over 45 m2 on a single level, perfect for welcoming three guests. This apartment has a double bedroom with a king size bed, a bathroom with a large shower, a fully-equipped kitchen and a living room that has a sofa-bed and an electric fire, which offers a summer/winter function to lend warmth and charm to the space.
Sliding patio doors lead from the living area into the garden, offering a spectacular view of the lake. Outside there is a private patio with a shaded area over the table, chairs and armchairs where you can relax.
One covered parking space is included in your booking. Access to the swimming pool is also included.

Oleandro

A three-room apartment covering 65 m2; it is perfect for up to six guests.
On the ground floor there is a fully-equipped kitchen and a living room with a
sofa-bed and electric fire with summer/winter function to add a special atmospheric touch. There is also a second bathroom on the ground floor.
On the first floor, guests will find the sleeping area, with one double bedroom furnished with a king-size bed and a second room containing bunk beds (3-feet mattresses). There is also a large bathroom on this floor with a shower.
Outside, guests can relax under the private gazebo, furnished with dining table and chairs, and also a comfortable sofa, from where they enjoy wonderful views
over the lake.
One covered parking space is included in your booking. Access to the swimming pool is also included.

A three-room apartment covering 80 m2; it is an ideal space for up to six guests. On the ground floor, the apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen and a living room with a sofa-bed and a multi-function electric fire, which is perfect for adding a welcoming touch at any time of the year. There is also a good-sized second bathroom on the ground floor.
On the second floor, guests will find a spacious double bedroom furnished with a king-size bed and a second bedroom with bunk beds. Here each mattress is 4 feet wide. There is also a modern bathroom with shower.
Outside, the apartment enjoys a private gazebo, furnished with dining table and chairs, and also a sofa, from where guests can enjoy the breathtaking view of the lake.

Extra costs
• Final clean: Glicine: EUR 100.00 – Magnolia/Oleandro: EUR 150.00
• Security deposit: EUR 200.00 in cash on arrival, returned at the time of check-out.
• Cot + high chair: EUR 10.00 per day.
• e-vehicle charging station: EUR 0.50 per kWh (to be paid in cash at the time of check-out).
Useful information
• No animals allowed in the apartments
• Villa Beatrice is open from Easter until the end of October, while the swimming pool can be used from 5 May until 5 October.
• In the months of July and August, a minimum stay of 7 nights is necessary, with arrival and departure on Saturdays.
• Check-in times: July and August from 3pm to 7pm, the rest of the year from 2pm to 6pm.
Self check-in is possible for anyone arriving outside of those hour. In these cases, you will be given instructions on how to enter the apartment simply and safely.
• Check-out is by 10 am
• Electronic payments on site.
• For the safety of our guests, the entire area around Villa Beatrice is fenced off and has video cameras.
The property offers direct access to Lake Idro, allowing guests to enjoy the beauty of the lake and take advantage of the cycle path to explore the surroundings by bike.
